Welcome to Nestvilla!  We are a family owned and operated property management company located in Ocean City, MD.  We decided to create Nestvilla after noticing a sizable gap in service and a lack of progression in the property management industry in Ocean City, MD.

With over 20 years of corporate finance and marketing experience and over a decade of rental property management experience, we decided to combine our expertise and launch Nestvilla.  Our focus is to help property owners reach their maximum earning potential on their rental units and deliver a world class vacation experience for their guests.
