What are the differences in your Membership levels?We give you a choice between a traditional commission-based pricing or a 100% commission-free option to maximize your return on investment. Classic is a commission-based option that includes full-service property management at a $49.99 monthly membership fee and a 10% Commission fee per booking. Ultimate is 100% Commission Free option and provides full-service property management at a fixed monthly management fee. Pricing is based on number of bedrooms and starts at $199.99 p/month.

How does Dynamic Pricing work?We use millions of data points to price each property based on comparable rental properties, historical data, supply/demand and calendar driven events. Prices are updated in real time each day to reflect current demand, seasonality and market supply. We can adjust prices according to a strategy that meets your goals and delivers the maximum return.

Can I still use my property?Yes, you can use your property as much as you like. Upon enrollment, we will provide you with an owner portal and will you have the ability to put in unlimited holds on the dates you would like to stay.

Are there any long-term contracts?New accounts require a 6 month minimum commitment. After the first 6 months, terms are month-to-month.

From photos, booking, cleaning, linens and insurance we have you covered. Launching and renting a vacation property has never been simpler or more cost-efficient. Our membership plans cater to your preferences, offering you the choice to go with our traditional commission-based option or our exciting 100% commission-free option, allowing you to get the most value out of your investment.

How do you market my property?We use state of the art technology known as an Application Interface Programming to simultaneously market your property on major booking channels like Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com and more. At the same time we are using sophisticated dynamic pricing technology to overlay your property in real time to align with supply/demand and market analytics. In addition, we will build out your very own Direct Booking Website that you can market directly to future guests. All of our systems sync automatically so whenever there is a booking, the calendar will adjust on every channel preventing any double bookings.
